the staff were very helpful. they gave us tips about the city and indicated tours. the people were lovely. i found this hotel very attentive.
i was disappointed by the bungalow. the kitchen was in the bedroom and tiny. there was nowhere to sit unless on the bed. the room looked old and dated.

the bungalows felt very cozy, like a little cottage. the location was convenient, only a short walk to the main attractions, i think 10 minutes. the pool bar serves tasty lunches at prices that won't break the bank.
the air con unit was a little noisy at night, which disturb sleep.

The hotel provides a lot of trip options. They pick you up right at the front. the hotel is located near the town, it makes it easy to go shopping and take ferries. it is near buses and trains too.

the staff were fabulous, and always there to help. reception offers tips and helps book trips in the area, great. antoinette at the front desk helped with bookings, trips, and info.

the staff where genuinely helpful. i liked the pool area it had a lovely bar. the food by the pool was a good surprise it had a high quality.
the room had very minimal appliances. the kettle lead was too short it couldn't reach the socket. there was lots of black mould i seen in the bathroom.
